What to Expect With Your In-Office Consultation
​
Warm tea, filtered ice water, soft music, salt lamps, and a relaxing environment to put your mind at ease. Optional diffused essential oils upon request.
We use a variety of methods to truly get an accurate picture of your current wellness state and goals. This includes in-depth one-on-one discussion, and saliva and urine chemistry analysis if indicated.
From there we will determine your wellness goals and create a custom plan to reach them.
Your visit will include a printout of your custom plan along with access to an online support group if needed.

We can finish your visit with a prayer or two-minute guided meditation if you would like.
​
Note: Our office is downstairs. If you have difficulties managing stairs, please let us know ahead of time and we will make arrangements to meet elsewhere, or we can escort you through the back entrance.
How to Prepare for Your Wellness Consultation
​
You may submit your registration and waiver forms online, or bring them with you to your appointment.
​
No need to fast on the day of your appointment, but please refrain from brushing your teeth, eating, or drinking anything but water for 30 minutes before your appointment, unless medically necessary, for accuracy in the saliva chemistry analysis.
​
We have many chemical sensitivity clients, so we would request that you please refrain from applying any strong perfumes or fragrances the day of your appointment. Deodorant and hair products are fine.
​
Payment is due either before or immediately after your appointment and can be in the form of cash, check, credit card, Venmo, or PayPal.
