PRIVACY AGREEMENT

Website Visitors: At your request and with your permission, Salt and Light Natural Wellness may collect your name, email address, and website for the purposes of subscribing to our mailing list, promotional giveaways, or post comments. Email subscriptions will be used as a notification for new posts, contests, and other promotional materials. This information will be collected via secure 3rd party platform (Wix, Rafflecopter), and will be stored on secure servers by these parties. Your information will never be retained directly by Salt and Light Natural Wellness unless you have registered as a client or shop through the eStore (see details below). Salt and Light Natural Wellness does not sell, trade, or otherwise disclose email lists or other information of users to third parties beyond as stated above and detailed below.

Giveaway Contestants: For giveaway purposes your information will only be retained by the giveaway platform (Rafflecopter) for the length of time that the giveaway runs and a winner has been selected and confirmed receipt of their prize package. Your information will be used to contact you via email to request a valid shipping address, which will not be retained after confirmed receipt of prize package. If the prize package is drop shipped from a 3rd party source, your name and address will be disclosed to the 3rd party for purpose of shipping your package only, and will not be retained beyond receipt of package.

Clients: You may submit you information via secure online form. You may include as much or little information as you feel comfortable submitting and your information will be stored on a secure computer as well as a locked file. Alternatively you may print the form and bring it with you to your appointment, or fill out the form in person at the time of your appointment. This information will be used only for contact purposes and as a tool to assist Salt and Light Natural Wellness in assessing your wellness needs and goals. Salt and Light Natural Wellness will retain your information for up to 10 years after your last appointment, or for clients under age 18, for 10 years after turning 18 AND their last appointment.

You may process your payments securely through the Salt and Light Natural Wellness via 3rd party (Wix, PayPal, or Square). Alternatively, Salt and Light Natural Wellness accepts credit card payments in person (processed securely through PayPal or Square), as well as cash payments in person. Your credit card information will never be collected by Salt and Light Natural Wellness.

eStore Customers: Your name, address, phone number, and email address will be collected via secure 3rd party platform (Wix), for processing of your online order and subscription to our mailing list. Your name and email address only will be retained on Wix secure server for as long as you wish to remain on our mailing list. Your credit card will be processed via 3rd party (Wix, PayPal, Square) using secured TLS encryption, and will never be retained. For more detail on Wix Credit Card processing security check {HERE}. YOUR ACCOUNT & AGE REQUIREMENTS
By using this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Salt and Light Natural Wellness is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. 

Salt and Light Natural Wellness does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with permission of a parent or guardian.

You must be of legal age required by the state or province you are in to purchase our products. It is your responsibility to know whether you are legally able to purchase our products.

Additional General Data Privacy Information:

Salt and Light Natural Wellness uses Google Universal Analytics to collect demographic data about visitors to the site. This does not include any information you provide to us via comments, or other contact forms, nor does it include any personally identifying information. Salt and Light Natural Wellness reserves the right to automatically remove you from our email subscription list without notice if emails go unopened for more than 6 months. When you are removed from our subscription list, your information will be deleted in entirety from all 3rd party servers and you will need to re-subscribe if you wish to receive emails in the future.

You have the right to unsubscribe from our email list at any time. Simply click on the Unsubscribe button in any email and you will immediately be unsubscribed. Your information will automatically be removed from all 3rd party servers within 24 hours. Alternatively, you may submit an unsubscribe request by sending an email to slnaturalwellness@gmail.com with your request. You will be manually removed from our list within 24 hours at which time your information will be deleted from all 3rd party servers as well.

PRODUCT CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Salt and Light Natural Wellness offers full refunds for any products purchased within the last 10 days. Any refund requests made after 10 days of purchase will not qualify for a refund. Any products arriving in a condition not up to our quality standards will be eligible for a replacement at our discretion. Exceptions to this policy are any items on clearance. GUEST BLOG AUTHORS

Any guest content submitted must be content written and created by you, yourself. All pictures, video or other media must be created by you, yourself or be media for which you have permission and proper attribution. You also acknowledge that you will be responsible for ensuring the content you upload is yours.
